DBRECOVER is database recovery software developed by ThreeGem Co., Ltd. DBRECOVER is the product brand for our Oracle and MySQL recovery tools.

ThreeGem Co., Ltd. has specialized in database disaster recovery solutions since 2009.

Some older technical articles may refer to PRM-DUL or ParnassusData Recovery Manager as legacy product naming. The current DBRECOVER for Oracle software licenses are sold by ThreeGem Co., Ltd.

Software Licensing

DBRECOVER for Oracle is available for both evaluation and commercial use under license terms. DBRECOVER for MySQL is free software and free to use.

Trial Version

The trial version of DBRECOVER allows you to:

  • Scan and analyze corrupted database files
  • Preview recoverable data and table structures
  • Evaluate Oracle software capabilities before purchase, or use the free MySQL software directly

Note: Oracle export beyond trial limits requires a commercial Oracle license. DBRECOVER for MySQL is free software and does not require a MySQL license purchase.

  • DBRECOVER for MySQL - Free software for MySQL/InnoDB database recovery

Refund Policy

DBRECOVER for Oracle software licenses include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted through the refund request form and include a recovery feedback report describing the purchase email, product, database type and version, operating system, recovery scenario, error messages if available, screenshots if available, test result, expected result, and actual result. This information helps us improve DBRECOVER.

Please do not send full database files or confidential production data with a refund request unless we explicitly request it through a secure support channel.

The 7-day refund policy applies to Oracle software license fees. Paid technical support, custom recovery work, remote assistance, and other professional services are billed separately and are not covered by the automatic software refund policy once delivered.

If a refund is granted, the refunded license is terminated. The customer must stop using that license and must not copy, share, publish, exchange, resell, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise distribute the refunded license key.

Paid Support Options

Software licenses are for self-service recovery and do not include technical support. Paid professional support is available separately for emergency database recovery scenarios. Our team of database experts can assist with:
